We want you to be happy with your purchase so we will happily accept returns!
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at email@example.com and we will give you an address to return the item to. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the returned item and it is all cleared we will issue a refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process but we will email you with the status of the refund once we receive the item.
Unfortunately we can not refund the cost of the initial shipping costs, only for the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please reference the size guide against your favourite shirt to ensure you are ordering the best size for you.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Return & exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the item doesn't reach us safely we can't issue a refund.
